I am attempting to mold my mind, body and spirit in order to mold my life. I will take the time and energy that is gifted to me in order to complete missions that I have set out for myself.

Over the years, I have taken all my studies and life experience, and I have poured them into creating a movement meditation practice that helps shape your life. And so, this is my time to apply it to myself. And show how this practice can help improve all aspects of my life. My Superhero. My Lover. My Muse. My Warrior. My Tribe Member. They are all coming together to create the life that my spirit is designing right in front of me.
